EQUANAUTS – The Graphic Novel

EQUANAUTS is the graphic novel I’ve always envisioned. After drawing inspiration from well-known sci-fi stories, I started to develop several ideas that had been simmering in my mind for years.

Among those was a graphic novel, but I wanted to diverge from the typical. Instead of clichéd plots and predictable arcs, I yearned to use the medium to narrate a genuine tale. One filled with drama, action, and breathtaking adventures set in a futuristic African landscape.

Just as Marvel has redefined the superhero genre with its live-action blockbusters, why can’t we redefine graphic novels? That’s the essence of Equanauts. It’s about reimagining the boundaries of what graphic novels can represent.
